PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly. If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal website at the end of the order process, where you enter your registered email address and password. Payment by instalments via PayPal is possible from an order value of £30 up to a maximum of £2,000.
To pay by instalments, select PayPal as your payment method in the checkout and follow the steps within your PayPal account after confirming your purchase.
Whether or not you are shown payment by instalments as a possible payment method within your PayPal account depends on your PayPal account settings.
The final check and approval of your payment by instalments contract lies with PayPal.
STIHL has no influence on whether the hire purchase contract between you and PayPal is concluded. If you have any questions, please contact PayPal customer service directly.
With the Klarna invoice payment option, you can simply pay the invoice amount later within 30 days.
You can pay the invoice conveniently in the Klarna app or online.
The payment option is available up to a shopping basket value of £600.
If you want to return goods, you can simply bookmark your returns in the Klarna app to pause the invoice until the returns have been processed. Klarna will update your invoice as soon as the goods have arrived in the STIHL returns processing system.
With the Klarna instalment purchase payment option, you can split the cost of the invoice into fixed or flexible instalments of up to 24 months.
The payment option is available for a shopping basket value between £250 and £5,000.
Klarna will show you the number of instalments available for your purchase, as well as the costs and conditions.
Following your order, you will receive a notification by email when the invoice is available to download. You can download the invoice either in your customer account within the order overview or alternatively via the invoice form.
You will receive your refund in the same way as the payment. For example, if you paid by credit card, the corresponding amount will be credited back to your credit card account.
As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the goods. After the goods have been inspected, you will receive a separate e-mail with more detailed information about your refund. If you have any further questions, please contact STIHL customer service.
