STIHL Workshop Manager
STIHL Workshop Manager is a service solution aimed at professional STIHL customers with their own workshops. It gives you access to content previously only available to STIHL dealers, such as our parts look-up system, exploded diagrams and workshop information, diagnostic equipment, training and special tools.
STIHL Workshop Manager is a licence-based programme, available for a fee, to help make your workshop more efficient. Once you have signed up, you will be able to access useful features including:
- Access to workshop information, such as exploded-view diagrams and repair manuals
- Access to our spare part system, for easier identification of the correct spare parts
- Access to the STIHL Academy online learning portal, where you can access a wide range of training materials
Once you have a Workshop Manager licence, you will also have access to buy our special tool set for maintaining and reparing STIHL professional machines. You will also be able to sign up for our STIHL Master Technician learning pathway, which includes both online training and face-to-face training courses for you or your technicians.
Find the right spare part in just a few clicks
Spare parts service
It's easy to find the right spare part with access to the STIHL Service Communication (SSC) system. With SSC, you can see the relevant exploded-view drawings of STIHL tools, which can then be used to find the correct spare parts and easily add them to a picklist. Once the list has been completed, it can be exported and sent directly to your STIHL Approved Dealer.
As soon as the part arrives, the repair can be carried out so the machine is ready to get back to work.
Workshop information
Find issues quickly with relevant information provided by STIHL Service Communication and STIHL Diagnosis Software. Using these tools, your technicians can easily pinpoint the root cause fast and accurately.

Delivered over three days at STIHL GB's headquarters in Camberley, Surrey, this hands-on training course familiarises technicians with STIHL products, technologies and diagnostic procedures. Participants gain practical experience using STIHL tools, hardware and systems, alongside expert insight into the latest STIHL technologies. The training helps technicians diagnose, maintain and repair equipment more effectively, improving workshop efficiency, reducing machine downtime and supporting high servicing standards.
