If you change your mind and you wish to return your product(s) in accordance with clause 8.3 of our website terms & conditions of sale, you can return the product within the relevant cancellation period as long as it is in the same condition as when you received it and it is not excluded under our website terms and conditions, for example under clause 8.4. The product must be unused and not damaged due to your handling of the product. You are not required to return the delivery packaging (the box or envelope the product was sent in for delivery purposes). However, the product must be returned in its original product packaging (the box or wrapping that contains the product) with all accessories – we may make a deduction from any refund due to you if you do not do this.
Further, if the product you order is not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, the product will not be eligible for return unless the seal is intact.
The product may only be inspected in the same way as it would be able to be inspected in a retail store – you must not use it. If you handle the product in a way that is not permitted, we may make deductions from any refund due to you.

All lithium-ion batteries, including lithium-ion rechargeable batteries, are classified as dangerous goods by law. The transport of dangerous goods is subject to the special provisions of the Dangerous Goods Act. These provisions stipulate special requirements for packaging, labelling and transport, and also apply if you return lithium-ion batteries to us (for example, if you as a consumer exercise your statutory right of withdrawal or our voluntary right of return). As the regulations for dangerous goods are highly complex they require a specialist courier service, which can be organised by our Customer Service team. Please contact them directly to arrange a return.
You will receive your refund in the same way as the payment. For example, if you paid by credit card, the corresponding amount will be credited back to the same credit card account.
As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the goods. After the goods have been inspected, you will receive a separate email with more detailed information about your refund.
