The TPA 20 is a battery-powered water pump from STIHL that has been designed for use in your garden or at an allotment. Thanks to the 10.8 V AS 2 battery it is completely mobile too, making it the perfect portable water pump for your needs.
A 2-in-1 unit, it’s suitable for irrigating your garden with collected rainwater, or for draining small pools, tanks or barrels of water. The TPA 20 is simple to use, and you can switch between the modes with ease. The pump base can be removed without the need for tools and converts the TPA 20 into a flat suction function which allows water to be pumped out, which is useful when emptying small pools or during cleaning work. Fitted with a double sealing system and integrated filter that is easy to remove and clean. The pump has dry-running protection that shuts off the device when no water is detected.
The TPA 20 has an intuitive interface with 3 time intervals to choose from (5, 10 or 15 minutes) for efficient operation. It also has 3 power levels to choose from, which allows you to optimally adapt the pressure and flow rate depending on the task
- Level 1 / MIN (1300 l/h, 0.9 bar) - designed for minor cleaning work with a short hose
- Level 2 (1700 l/h, 1.5 bar) - designed for watering with a regular garden hose
- Level 3 / MAX (2200 l/h, 2.2 bar) - designed for watering with a sprinkler or for draining with a long hose

On a fully charged AS 2 battery the TPA 20 can pump approx. 550 litres of water (5 rainwater tanks or 50 watering cans) on Level 3. It has a working time of 15 minutes (Level 3) to 50 minutes (Level 1).
IMPORTANT: The pump is designed for ue with clear water. It should not be used with dirty / heavily contaminated water or large debris. It cannot be used with liquids other than water, such as pumping flammable, explosive or abrasive liquids, liquids at a temperature above 35°C, salt water, sandy water, sewage or foodstuffs. It is not suitable for dispensing liquid products to protect against fungal and pest infestation, for fertilizing and for weed control.
