As STIHL celebrates 100 years of craftsmanship, innovation, and community, we want to turn the spotlight on you, our incredible fans.
From 1 May to 26 June 2026 we're running an exclusive competition on Instagram to find the biggest STIHL fan, with the chance to win some amazing STIHL prizes.

How it works
What we're looking for
Your entry should be a picture or video that shows what makes you the biggest STIHL fan. We'll be judging entries on:
- Creativity
- Skill
- Passion for STIHL
To be eligible, posts should demonstrate:
- Safe and responsible use of STIHL tools
- Wear appropriate PPE as outlined in your STIHL owners' manual
- Respect for nature
- Follow Instagram's community guidelines
Please note:
- AI-generated content will not be accepted
- You must be 18 or over and a resident of Great Britain to enter
- You can only enter the #biggestSTIHLfan competition for the country you live in, so please do not tag any STIHL accounts other than @stihlgb in your entry.
What you can win
All-expenses-paid trip to Germany
The 3 global winners will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to STIHL's global headquarters in Waiblingen, Germany from 28 October to 1 November 2026. Including experiences at STIHL HQ and the chance to see the STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® World Championship live!
If the Great Britain winner is selected as one of the global winners, they'll be contacted as soon as possible after selection on 24 July 2026 and must respond by 31 July, or an alternate winner may be selected.

What you include is ultimately up to you - entries will be judged based on creativity, passion for STIHL and the level of skill shown - so show us what you've got!
Full details on what will not be accepted can be found in the terms and conditions. In summary entries should be original, safe and show responsible tool use.
We will not accept AI-generated content or anything that goes against Instagram's Community Standards.
No, we are looking for authentic, original content. Any AI-generated content will automatically be rejected.
We'll do our best to leave a comment on all posts saying thank you for entering the #biggestSTIHLfan competition, so look out for @stihlgb in your comments.
If you're unsure, you can send a direct message to @stihlgb on instagram and we'll check for you.
Please note: entries sent via direct message won't be counted - it must be a public post on a public instagram account.

One entry per person, please. Only one entry will be considered in the final judging.

We will also do an announcement post to say the winner has been selected, and with their permission, share their winning entry.
The #biggestSTIHLfan competition ends on Friday 26 June at 17:00 BST. Entries submitted after this time won't be counted.
We'll send you all the information you need to claim your prize by direct message on instagram when we let you know that you've won.
We'll need you to provide delivery details and possibly sizing information (if needed for merchandise).
The prize winners must respond by Thursday 9 July 2026 at 17:00 BST. If we don't hear from you, we may select an alternate winner.
You'll need:
- A valid passport
- Appropriate travel insurance
- Available to travel 28 October - 1 November 2026. The dates of the trip are fixed.
The global winners will be contacted by Instagram direct message from @stihl as soon as possible after 24 July and full details will be shared then.
To claim their prize the winner must respond by 31 July 2026 or an alternate winner may be selected.
There will also be an announcement post on 10 August saying the winners have been selected, and with their permission, sharing the winning entries.
To enter you must 18 or over and a resident in Great Britain. You also can't have a professional relationship wiht STIHL e.g. not currently a partner, ambassador or TIMBERSPORTS athlete.
