To create an account, click on "My Account" in the website footer and enter your personal data, then click on “Register” to create your account. You can then log in to your customer account.
If you have a STIHL customer account, you will be able to view the status of your orders and see previous orders. Your data will also be saved for future orders so you don't have to enter it again each time, which makes the checkout process much quicker.
Once you have logged in to your account, just click on “My details” to make changes to your personal data.
Click on "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter the email address that you used to create your customer account. We will then send you a link so you can set up a new password.
