STIHL and VIKING Warranty periods are as follows:

Domestic Use
All STIHL & VIKING Products** shown in the current STIHL & VIKING Sales Catalogues are covered for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER, when used for the designed purpose of that product by Domestic users.

** See VIKING Exceptions below.

Professional Use
All STIHL Products shown in the current STIHL Sales Catalogue are covered for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER, when used for the designated purpose of that product by semi-professional and professional users (including Hire, Rental and Construction Industry).

STIHL Pressure Washers - 3 Year warranty for domestic use

All STIHL high pressure cleaners offer a one year extension to the standard STIHL warranty terms. Therefore, when purchasing a model from our range, all domestic users will receive a 3 year warranty (2+1), while semi-professional and professional users are entitled to a 2 year warranty (1+1). 

VIKING – Warranty Periods
All VIKING products shown in the current VIKING Sales Catalogue are covered for the period shown in the table below.

VIKING Lawn mowers 4, 5, 6, R Series and Lawn Scarifier. VIKING Lawn Tractors.	Domestic Use = 5 years.* Professional/semi-professional use = 3 months. Hire, rental and construction industry = 3 months.
VIKING Lawn mowers 7 Series, Shredders & Tillers.	Domestic Use = 2 years.* Professional/semi-professional use = 1 year. Hire, rental and construction industry = 1 year.
